General Terms of Use
- For a happy & safe playing environment at EuroEddys FamilyFunCenter, please respect our rules. Some of these rules are given in our entry conditions, on display at the center. Therefore they can be read before coming in.
- The use of our playframes (infant playground, big tube playground, Go-Karts, electric train and climbing wall) is at your own risk.
- Adults or other guardians must take the responsibility for damages which happens because of improper handling of equipment through children, parents or other visitors.
- Please look after your children, so that all damage to the centre is avoided.
- Adults/companions are responsible for the actions of their children. EuroEddy employees will advise and support you if necessary, but do not have a duty of care.
- Children under 7 must be more closely supervised.
- All centre equipment must be handled with care. EuroEddy may expel guests who break the rules(without rembursing the entry cost).
- The instructions of the EuroEddy team must be obeyed.
- Climbing on the outside netting of the playground, as well as entering closed parts of the playground,is forbidden.
- Only children under 3 are allowed in the infant playground. In the main playground children under 4 years must be accompanied by adults.
- If a child has been injured recently (e.g. still has a plaster cast), or is ill ,then they may not use the playgounds.
- Entering the playground with shoes is forbidden; socks or tights must be worn at all times.
- Guests may not bring their own food and drink (apart from Birthday cakes!).
- Children may not bring their own toys into the center, or into the play areas.
- Smoking inside is not permitted.
- Adults may only enter the centre when accompanied by children, apart from when using the climbing wall or for a purpose agreed by the centre.
- To avoid an overcrowded centre, our maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. We reserve the right to use a limited entrance time at these times.
- Please avoid aggressive behaviour, and overstraining your children (them being overheated or overtired must be avoided).
